important) we focus on competencies and a perfect combination of knowledge and skills and attitudes. During all our courses these competencies are taught. As a result of this educational approach our students and graduates as well as their employers are satisfied with the results of our courses.

Modular training

Our clients want to be self-sufficient in basic skills development. We meet this need through a combination of short-term training courses which ultimately lead to modular training sessions.

The modular courses, developed by MDII, bring up-to-date, practical, real world solutions to face today's business challenges. Individuals, corporations and institutions can all benefit from these time-proven materials. Each modular course is filled with practical exercises relating the underlying theory to your every day work environment. Our approach to the materials enables students to immediately apply their course work to the job.

Seminars

A seminar is usually a workshop or speech, held over one, two, or a few days, with the intention of teaching the audience some theoretical knowlege. People attend seminars on literature and art, to learn about new trends or appreciate existing ones. Management seminars are held individually or through our International Management Conference every two years. Seminars usually include one or more speakers, who all have certain points of view or subjects to discuss.

In any career field, it is a good idea to attend relevant seminars or events, so as to keep up to date with the trends and developments
