MDII was established in 1994 as a non-profit institute specializing in research and management training.
MDII offers three main clusters of activity:
· Research in management, economic and social development
· Training in international affairs management and internal training
· Management consulting
As a member of Experts Groups MDII is supported by this Group's member Companies which specialize in various areas and each offers services in its own area.

Our mission is to foster, create, and manage an easily accessible "new global knowledge" that will enable managers to develop and advance their business careers and provide them with result-oriented solutions for

MDII has the following objectives:
·To carry out a wide range of training programmes for manager, which focus on a work-based approach to management learning
· To provide high quality research in various management areas
· To establish and strengthen cooperation with other
inter-governmental organizations, academic faculties and institutions, in particular for the development of research and training
· To incorporate quality research into management theory and practice, promote interactive workshops, conferences, and seminars and publish books and journals on management.
MDII works with various faculty members in research and consulting based on four major concepts namely:
A. Quality management
Quality management performance, Total Quality Management, capital management, strategic management, information management, crises management, analysis of systems in public and economic agencies, and need management system reform.
B. Industrial management
Industrial management, capital management, industrial development management, marketing management, the exchange and banking industry, industrial management, process control management, project management, industrial psychology, behavioral organizations, human resource management, human resource development management, etc.
C. Industry economic
Strategic studies, systematization of Industrial and mining environments, industrial and mining development models, industrial and mining regional and economic development, compiling study development models, global development models, statistical studies, industrial clusters and medium and small industries development models.
D. Transportation economy
Strategic research and transportation macro plans, logistic and development research on urban, regional, land, sea and air transportation, transportation strategic models, economic studies on combined transportation studies.
