Management Development Institute of Iran (MDII) offers international courses in different management fields throughout the year.

The Institute works with international personalities, groups and organizations committed to bringing about change and improvement through the integration of the management science in the practical context. It offers a variety of international short-term and long-term courses, examinations, seminars and publications.

 

 

Agencies

The Managemtn Development Institute of Iran (MDII) offers cources and seminars through overseas regional institutes and program in cooperation with international partners. Some of these "in process" cooprations concern:

· IQA (Institute of Quality Assurance)
The Institute of Quality Assurance (IQA) is the premier UK organization for anyone concerned with quality and excellence of goods of services. IQA provides professional recognition and support for anyone working in business improvement. It provides membership and holds examinations at two levels:
- Quality Diploma (level 4): 6 subjects
- Quality Certificate (level 3): 3 subjects

· GL ACADEMY
Training Institute of Germansher Lloyd Company is the provider of training Courses and Seminars on Marine, Management System, Safety and Risk, Insurance, and Finance.

· RRC
Training Centre for:
- NEBOSH
- IQA
- IOSH (Institute of Safety & Healgh)
- ICM (Institute of Credit Managemetn )
- CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing)
RRC holds courses in Occupational Safety and Health, Quality Assurance, Finance, Trade, and Marketing.
NEBOSH is an independent awarding body founded in 1979 which holds Occupational Safety and Health Examinations and offers certificates to attendants.

· CII (Chartered Insurance Institute)
Professional and educational organization in the global insurance and financial services industry. CII holds courses and Examination about Insurance, Loss, Risk, Finance and professional Affairs.

· CILA (Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters)
CILA provides courses and examinations in standards of Insurance Industry.

 

 

Training (short term)

 

 

 

 

 

Due to high demand, MDII now offers an opportunity for those interested to attend International short-term training courses (1 to 5 days) which are needed to facilitate and improve organizational performance and individual skills. Organizations worldwide have improved their performance as regards their managers, employees and teams by incorporating these focused training components into their development efforts. MDII's international training courses and profiles provide you with practical solutions that can be used as a stand-alone program or as a valuable addition to your current training practices.
  

Modular Courses and Examination

 

 

 

 

  

MDII's Modular training programs are broadly classified into major areas defined by its international partners. Modular courses are provided as training kits and usually range from 10 days to some years and are linked to career development. These courses are usually of a general nature in order to develop a conceptual base and a specialised focus on the development of a particular skill. These madular trainings usually lead to passing the related International Examinations and to internationally accepted Certifications, Diplomas or Board.
Examinations:
Various yardsticks are followed to judge the performance level of a student. Regarding the requirements of our International Partners' methods of Examination differ. Internal assessment by the institute depends on factors like:

· Class attendance
· Class participation
· Mid Sem/Exam. and sessions ( if required)
· Assignments and workshops ( if required)
· General Behavioral aspects.

 

Seminars

 

 

 

 

  

In addition to training courses, MDII organises international seminars. every two years, MDII organises a superb international Quality Management Conference including seminars and workshops. A number of seminars and workshops are held every year. Seminars and workshops are conducted both as a training and problem solving programs. Exclusive seminars and workshops are also organized on complex and leading national and international issues. Participants from diverse fields get an opportunity to share experiences and ideas. This sharing process reinforces learning, and generates creative inputs for policy improvement.
The Institute also organizes Seminars to enhance interaction of experts with industry and academicians
